Eleni Papadopoulou has a BSc degree in Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Chemistry. She then got a MSc in Biotechnology – Nutrition and Environmental Quality, from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, University of Thessaly. Since 2019 she is a PhD student in the Laboratory of Plant and Environmental Biology, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, University of Thessaly, under the supervision of Dr Karpouzas. Her study is focused on the role of the microbiome of local vines varieties and vinification and the influence on the quality of wine products.
