Christina Papazlatani has a first degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Thessaly. She then got an MSc in Biotechnology – Nutrition and Environmental Quality, from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, University of Thessaly. Since 2017 is a PhD student in the Laboratory of Plant and Environmental Biology, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, University of Thessaly, under the supervision of Dr Karpouzas working on the development of bio-based strategies for the treatment of pesticide-contaminated effluents from agro-food industries. She has authored one paper in peer-reviewed journals and is a holder of a PhD scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation of Greece until 2021.
